It was comfortable and the room was nicely arranged. Nice view. I think it was a good choice for the price I paid. I loved the bed and spacious bathroom.

They were cleaning the elebator which is necessary work to be done but why on Friday night?? The room looked nice and was actually comfortable but smelled really bad when entering it. I dont know what it was. Glue or something? When checking out was the worst part, Firstly the person at the front desk could not find me for a while even though I gave her the room keys back and the room number I was staying( I was very in a hurry). Also, The lobby was a bit busy, a few people were talking. I could not hear clearly what the front desk person was saying to me. I had to ask again. Then she still sticked to her volume, I had ask again for the next process, then she still sticked to the same volumeand speed, I had to ask again every time she said something. Very simple sentences such as ' I am printing your receipt now' but she was speaking just fast and quiet intentionally until I ask again every time. I felt like it was a very subtle way of making fool of international guests. ( I do have an accent) Just annoying peron in the right place that day ;) But I still like sutton place for upgrading me and the comfort bed.
